I took a look at your site and checked where it sits on Alexa ( 3,896,028th now that may seem bad but it really isn't, there's over 180 million distinct websites on the net, to even be listed at all means you're heading in the right direction because you have to be in the top 32,000,000 to even get listed )...ultimately your goal should be to get into the top 250,000...that means you've gone from a site with very little traffic to a site that has a reasonable flow of traffic...

from that point it gets a lot harder...very few sites will be the big dogs...what you want to shoot for is top 250,000 Then squeeze yourself into the top 200,000...the difference between 250,000 and 200,000 is huge...and everything gets harder after 250,000.

Couple questions before I continue: Is your content original? How long has it been up?

Thank you for the quick answer. I have started with my blog on February 11th this year and together with my small team we have created all the content by ourself. Yes, it is all original. Since our start we have seen now 206'000 hits out of around 50 global country sites around the world and we received a lot of positive feedback.

At the moment I'm working on a privacy story and I'm happy to say that I received a lot of support from privacy experts from the UK, from the US, from Germany and from Switzerland. I'm very positive that the content is great and I will try to get the message out as much as possible starting next week.

EDIT: OK...your major problem appears to be backlinks...I checked various sites and found that you suffer a major back-link drought...examples:

www.thetazzone.org comes up with 10569 and 10002 respectively

I can help you to create more backlinks...that's the easiest part of SEO.

There's two easy ways to create backlinks...and neither costs you any money at all whatsoever...

1. find sites willing to create links to your site ( not always as easy as it sounds but you've already found someone )

2. blog on other people's blogs with links back to your site ( not always as easy as it sounds but you've already found someone )

Backlinks are essential...the more backlinks you have the more possibility for traffic...for instance lets say you had a store...would you rather have 4 roads leading to it or just one ( assuming here, of course, each road has the same traffic ) ...of course you'd rather have four roads...and basically that's the main reason to have backlinks...as many as you can get.

The other benefit of backlinks is exposure...the more links you have the more exposure you're getting. Even if it's a dead backlink ( one that doesn't pull traffic ) some people will still see it, and the more people who see your link/s the more exposure you'll get.

The other thing you should seriously consider is blogging to get backlinks.

We recently re-designed www.thetazzone.net and are looking for someone to blog...frankly I have so many sites to take care of that some don't get the attention I'd like them to get.

TheTAZZone.net didn't used to be a blog...it was a php site that displayed our updates. I recently tore it down and re-built it as a tech blog.

If you've never done this before I'll show you how it works.

1. I create an account on the site for you ( all our sites are closed to normal registration )
2. you blog as you normally would...but...only an excerpt of your post...with a link back to your site at the bottom

this can create 100's of potential backlinks from your posts and people linking to your posts...the more often you post the more potential there is in creating a large number of backlinks.

The benefit I receive is that I get one of my blogs that I don't have a lot of time for right now updated every so often.

Something you should consider if you want to create a lot of backlinks in the shortest period of time. Personally I would suggest one post a week...52 posts can create 100's of backlinks by the snowball effect.
And one post a week would take about 5 minutes a week. To log on, post, and leave.
Of course, more would be better for both you and me...but whatever you're comfortable with would be fine.

But...remember you have to grow backlinks...it's not going to happen overnight...you don't get 10,000 backlinks ( our main blog has almost 30,000 ) unless you lay the groundwork.
